Scott is one of the world’s most highly recognized and leading personal trainers, and is the name that is synonymous with training in the UK. scott has an impressive array of qualifications under his belt that helps him in his quest to get all that seek his expertise the very best results.

Scott’s sporting background come from every angle possible, he has played football at professional level for many years, being trained by top level coaches, physiotherapists and sports nutritionists. Scott has used his knowledge and helped train young footballers to get back into football after being released from professional clubs and succesfully get their career in football back on track.

Scott has a love for wintersports, especially skiing, where he has also done many seasons instructing at resorts such as courchevel and meribel. Scott passes his knowledge and love of skiing on to his clientele every year when people want to get ski fit. Scott has trained with the british ski academy, british ski team and helped them with various aspects of there skiing, from nutrition to technique.

Scott’s love for sport and fitness doesnt stop there, as he has competed in many short, middle and long distance runs, such as the Bath half marathon and London marathon. Scott helps people struggling to achieve there running potential by going through processes that will both prevent future injury but also help them with their running stride and technique.

Scott’s recent work includes training people from every walk of life, such as doctors, surgeons, business owners, housewives, celebrities and sports stars.
